A capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), gives his consent to X–Partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) to receive information and (or) advertising mailing (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”).
  1. Consent is recognized as the written consent of the User to receive an informational and (or) advertising newsletter.
  2. Consent is given by the User upon registration or in the personal account on the X-Partners website, available at the link: https://x-partners.com / (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
  3. Acceptance (acceptance) The consent on the Site is the ticking by the User during registration or in the personal account in the check-box “I agree to receive informational and advertising newsletters”.
  4. Consent is given to the Site to perform the following actions:
    1. sending informational and (or) advertising messages to the User’s email address specified by him when registering on the Site or in the personal account of the Site;
    2. sending informational and (or) advertising messages to the subscriber number specified by the User when registering on the Site or in the personal account of the Site, by making calls by telephone;
    3. sending short informational and (or) advertising text messages (SMS messages) via the mobile radiotelephone network to the subscriber number specified by the User when registering on the Site or in the personal account of the Site;
    4. distribution of informational and (or) advertising messages through the use of messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) attached to the subscriber number specified by the User during registration or in the personal account of the Site.
  5. The actions specified in clause 4 of this Consent are carried out for the purposes, including, but not limited to, informing the User of information, including advertising, about the activities of the Site, about the availability of special offers, promotions, bonus and other programs both the Site and its partners, about events, presentations, organized by the Site and (or) its partners.
  6. The consent is indefinite and is given until it is revoked by the User.
  7. The User has the right to withdraw his Consent by sending a written withdrawal of Consent by e-mail info@X-Partners.com or deactivation of the “I agree to receive informational and promotional newsletters” checkbox in the personal account of the Site.
  8. From the moment of receipt of the review in accordance with clause 7 of the Consent, the Site undertakes not to use the User’s subscriber number to transmit informational and advertising messages.
  9. In case of changes and (or) additions to this Consent, the Website notifies the User about it by e-mail and requests a new consent to receive informational and (or) advertising mailing. The current version of the Consent is posted on the Website.
